The hotel does not have extra beds
During Christmas holiday and Easter Season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Minors are NOT allowed to stay in a room without an adult present.
The hotel does not accept any pets.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest is acknowledging that they have read and accepted Hotel Casa las Tortugas cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation should be cancelled or modified 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation
Reservations for Chrismas holiday and Easter season should be cancelled or modified 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
No shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.
In case of rain, flood, airplay delay between others the hotel does´t accept cancelation ant there is no refunds.
